What IS Slawsa?
Slawsa breaks the mold of modern condiments, boldly creating a whole new category of food, and standing alone in its realm of flavor. Gone are the days when traditional ketchup, mustard, mayo or relish will impress anyone! So why would you serve them? Join us in banning boring condiments!
Cool and crisp, Slawsa is, in essence, a cabbage based-relish with a salsa twist. While it contains other vegetables, mustard and vinegar, the mustard and vinegar are not overwhelming, allowing it to be used in various ways. It begins on the palate as sweet and transfers heat undertones that make it addictive atop grilling fare such as hotdogs (which we affectionately refer to as Slawsa Dogs), burgers or brats. Bring a jar or two of Slawsa to liven up your pre-game tailgate, enjoy it with friends at your backyard barbeque or just share it with your family at the dinner table mid-week.
Slawsa comes in Original, Spicy, Garlic, Spicy Garlic and the new Fire.
Original – Our classic, Slawsa Original starts a little sweet and finishes with a little heat that will quickly dissipate. Our mustard and vinegar base is not overpowering yet Slawsa still retains a nice amount of crunch in every bite. You'll find Slawsa very unique from anything on the market in the most delicious way.
Spicy – Our Spicy version isn't "overly spicy" but does have a bit more kick to finish off the bite than our Original. We would say Spicy is a medium heat.
Fire – Slawsa Fire has a big kick of habanero and is truly for those who love the heat. But no, it's not ghost pepper hot. We still want you to experience the wealth of flavor that Slawsa is.
Garlic – Our Garlic is truly for garlic lovers as it does have a bold garlic base.
Fire – For those who love the heat of habanero, we've created our hottest Slawsa yet.

Hot Dogs, Sausages & Brats
Burgers, or as a spread for Sandwiches & Wraps
Barbeque and Pulled-Pork
Fish or incorporated within Tuna Salad
Tacos (Fish Tacos or Traditional) or within Burritos
Eggs - Atop or mixed with Egg Salad or Deviled Eggs
Serve as a dip for Tortilla Chips
Paired with Cream Cheese or Pimento Cheese on Crackers
