Bring a jar or two of Slawsa to liven up your pre-game tailgate, enjoy it with friends at your backyard barbeque or just share it with your family at the dinner table with mid-week hotdogs and burgers.  Our family recipe for years, Slawsa is cool and crisp with a KICK that makes it incredible with:
Tasty AND Healthy?

CHOLESTEROL-FREE

plus, Slawsa has less sodium as compared to most condiments.

There are numerous ways to incorporate Slawsa to reinvent everything from a basic grilled cheese sandwich to meatloaf.

If you eat it with Slaw or top it with Salsa, you'll love Slawsa.
Our History
Despite entry into retailers in 2011, Judson Odom of Chattanooga, TN has been whipping up batches of Slawsa for decades. Derived from a very old family recipe, Odom found the encouragement from family and friends to begin his little company, Nicole Foods, which he named after his daughter just a few years after she was born.  For over a decade, Slawsa remained a secret amongst select restaurants, food vendors and golf courses in the Chattanooga and eastern Tennessee area.  Odom spend those years perfecting his recipes and taking the proper steps to bring his special condiment to a larger audience. To give you an idea of his family's sacrifice, well, young Eryn Nicole graduated high school in the spring of 2011.

Odom hopes that the flavor of Slawsa, with its down-home southern charm and edgy heat undertones, might just make it the next American-embraced flavor to come from what he calls "the new south."    As Slawsa grows in popularity, Odom is dedicated to invest back into his community and public schools. "Look, we're not a monster food manufacturer that is looking to cut corners in order to answer to investors, " Odom says. "I'd rather see Slawsa's growth benefit many families by making sure we are able to give opportunities to young people that they might not have otherwise had.  If I can start

How Do You SLAWSA?
with my community, Chattanooga area schools, and thanking those who serve our country, we'll see where we can take it from there." Odom continues, "Our goal in the first several years is obviously sampling to as many people as possible. Its a big investment so we cannot thank our initial group of retailers enough for the chance they've taken on us, an unproven brand, to put Slawsa on their shelves." As these sampling events begin in mid-September, 2011, Odom is hopeful that those who do enjoy Slawsa share it family and friends.

The rest of the history is yet to be written, however, Odom is looking forward to sharing Slawsa with everyone who's willing to try it!
