Slawsa Grilled Cheese Burger
Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Chuck
1/4 Cup Margarine
8 Slices White or Sourdough Bread
8 Slices American or other Melt-able Cheese
1 Cup Slawsa

Directions
Preheat a pan or outdoor grill on medium-high heat, and lightly oil the pan or grate.
Divide the beef in quarters, and form each into a very thin patty that equals the
size of the bread. Grill the beef patties for 3-6 minutes per side, or to desired
doneness. It will shrink to fit within the size of the bread.

While the burgers are grilling, spread margarine on each slice of bread. Lay out 4 slices of bread, margarine side down, and top each slice with 1 slice of American cheese, the cooked burger patty and then with another slice of cheese. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread, margarine side up to make 4 sandwiches. Pan-fry or cook on the griddle the sandwiches until the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes per side.

Before serving, remove the top of one side of the sandwich and spread 1/4 Slawsa. Re-assemble and cut into halves for serving.

Or, omit the beef altogether and you still have a great Slawsa Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
